Returns & Refunds

• 15 days from delivery to start a return.
• Unopened and unused items only, in their original packaging.
• Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
• Exchanges are always free.
• Your first order includes a free return.

Unopened, unused attars in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Because attars are personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used oils. This protects every customer: the bottle you receive has never been opened by anyone else.

Gift cards are not returnable.

Chose the wrong scent or size? Exchanges of unopened items are free. Email us and we will arrange the swap at no cost to you.

Email tryzufoor@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions.

• On your first order, return shipping is on us.
• On later orders, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Exchanges remain free.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. You will see it on your statement depending on your bank's processing time.

What your refund includes:

• The full price of the returned items, plus the sales tax collected on them.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error such as a damaged or incorrect item, in which case everything is refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 15 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you. That is our mistake, not yours.
